3. Enough income, preferably with surplus to support your lifestyle and debt servicing.

STAGES - 2-3 week process
1. Mortgage Application that includes lifestyle budget, assets, expenses, liabilities, insurances etc.
2. Our specialized debt reduction software will analyse your information to deliver a favorable result with a comprehensive mortgage reduction programme..
3. Your acceptance to acquire an indicative loan approval with your current lender or one more suitable for this loan structure which will require supporting documentation.
4. Meeting the Bank Manager in person to sign loan documentation.
5. On settlement and draw-down of funds our agreed cost is disbursed.
6. We are available for ongoing assistance and updated plans with any major changes throughout the loan term. (costs will apply)
